Edna L. Isaac is an author, educator, counselor, and spiritual leader whose body of work is defined by the rigorous integration of emotional healing, developmental psychology, emotional intelligence, and pastoral theology. Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and established in Massachusetts since adolescence, she has dedicated more than three decades to academic formation, community leadership, and clinical‑pastoral care in multicultural settings.

Her work focuses on the study of trauma, identity, narcissistic dynamics, inner restoration, and personal transformation. Through an interdisciplinary lens, she weaves together conceptual frameworks from psychology, pedagogy, theology, and clinical practice to offer comprehensive models for understanding early wounds, dysfunctional relational patterns, and ego‑defense mechanisms associated with the fragmented self. Her approach is distinguished by conceptual clarity, evidence‑based insight, and the ability to translate complex theories into practical tools for readers, students, and professionals.

As CEO and President of JDN Publications / EDUCATE Publishing, she has developed editorial projects dedicated to emotional and spiritual formation, as well as educational resources for institutions, churches, and organizations.

Her research and practice center on understanding the wounded inner child, ego‑defense systems, and identity reconstruction through an integrative perspective that recognizes the spiritual dimension as essential to human restoration.
